Sterling Sugar Skull Earrings created with metallic fuschia aluminum flowers and signature words "Vida" and "Muerte". Which means "life and death" in Spanish and reflect the celebration of life. The design was created in 2000 with my own Metalsmithing Design background and love of the Mexican Holiday, I decided to create a piece of jewelry that was a tribute to Dia de Los Muertos, a Mexican Holiday celebrated all over the America's that celebrates our passed loved ones and ancestors.
